what is the zoo qoo council?
as we all know zoo qoo is all about publishing quality not quantity
we have therefore designed what may be described as a vetting system to ensure this is upheld
all initial vetting takes place through a council of artists and critics who are dedicated to the creative cause at zoo qoo
how do i join the council?
joining the council is simple as it's primarily based on site performance
once you have either rated over 100 site entries (see the box found below each entry to vote - each rating only takes a few seconds)
or alternatively uploaded and received over 100 feedback votes from other members you will be recommended to the higher zoo qoo council for approval
once you have been checked out and successfully approved by the higher council you will be sent a congratulatory email explaining how to vote on new uploads
how does my entry get past the council?
the council is required to give all entries a preliminary screening for both copyright infringement and adult / offensive content
they will then screen for quality control - this test simply ensures that no rubbish is published on zoo qoo
in order to become published on zoo qoo all entries must then go on to receive a minimum of 10 'yes' votes from the council - these votes will be based on both originality and technical ability as well as overall artistic merit
any entry which receives more than 3 'no' votes will be sent to the higher council who has the final say on what enters internet graveland and what, under exceptional circumstances, will be given a second opportunity at publication
how long does it take for my entry to pass the council?
this will depend on how many council members are logged in at any one time - normally around 24 hours but sometimes up to 72 hours or more especially at weekends when most people are away from their keyboards
is my entry then safe on the zoo qoo site?
not entirely - if feedback for your entry dips below 30% for more than thirty days in a row we'll remove send that to internet graveland too!
